Job Description:

iNTECH PROPERTIES LTD, a leading name in real estate development in Bangladesh, is actively seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our Sales Department as an Executive. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in the sales process, from generating leads to successfully closing deals.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Meet and surpass sales targets established by the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Major in Marketing)
• Good skill in Bangla Typing (Bijoy)
• Experience minimum 1 year in real estate sector, fresher can be apply.
• Good looking and work in a team and report to department head.
• Proven track record of successful sales and adept client relationship management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of current market trends and real estate regulations in Bangladesh.
